Coral Con Sign up

We have been asked to host a booth at Coral Con. We have accepted, but we now need to staff the booth. We need at least 2 people at all times. Doors open at 10 AM and will be open until 6PM Saturday and Sunday, October 25th and 26th. If you are a paid ORCA member and would like to help at the booth for a 2 hour stint, then ORCA will pay your admission for that day to CoralCon.

The signup will be on a first come first serve basis. Once the time slots are filled, we will not be offering the free admission.

Our October meeting will be at Legacy High School, which is about 12 miles away from the Fairgrounds. The plan is to be able to talk about all the neat corals you saw that day and the ones that you purchased. Also it will give you a chance to see how the 300 is doing at the school.

Should bring a couple of ORCA shirts to hand out or for the people working it. Do we have business cards and such there ? Anything going to be there? I don't think that was discussed.

Something came up on Saturday 25th and I won't be able to help that day, I'll miss the ORCA meeting later that day too, I can help on Sunday from 4-6 though.
