There is apparently a little more to the story than first posted. The two guys catching the fish are part of the 61 licensed catchers under a special program in the area to manage the growth. The woman (part of a "anti-aquarium" group) who was "assaulted" followed their clearly marked boat to its location and began trying to interfere with the catch by using flashes and the like. The guy said he was going for her flash, not her mask. Good article on this in Corals Magazine.
