Fast easy free video or conversion software?

Need to find 1)an easy video effect software to rotate videos or 2) a video converter to convert MP4 into other format for my VLC to play in rotated mode for tonight's DIY LED meeting.

The player I have that plays MP4 cannot rotate the video for easier viewing while another player(VLC) can rotate the video but cannot play MP4 properly.

Please rush help to me ASAP so that every attending club members can view the tutorial better.

    Thanks.

I don't know how to sent 5g of data. Are you going to the meet tonight? If so can you bring a laptop to do it on the fly. I think I have a trial Premiere in my laptop but never know how to rotate a video. I used it only to cut and merge clips together.

Do you think I can upload the files(5G plus) in Google and share with you?

Well unless you have like t1 connectio upliading so much would take long time. Can't you convert it to something reasonable first like h264 format with around 10mbps max rate. Unless you have hours and hours of video it shouldn't be that big.

Converting on the fly won't really hapoen. But ill check players. I think some have the option to rotate

I think the whole tutorial is about 40 min shot in a Samsung Note2 or iPhone so they are in MP4 at whatever frame rate or resolution.

my VLC 2.07 player can rotate but cannot play MP4 . I do not have a converter that can convert MP4 to say FLV or Mpeg without some compatibility issue with the VLC.

One last try, can you tell the procedures in rotating the video in Premier, I might have enough time in int he afternoon to do in the bar.

This can rotate video as well (Video / Rotate / select degree ) - http://smplayer.sourceforge.net/ . Just as VLC it can play a lot of format right out of the box, not sure why you can't play your file with VLC.

    Premiere pro rotate
