Please click on the "SeaWorld 2012" menu item within the ORCA Club menu on the left (back on the Home screen). For now the registration is only open to ORCA members and only the first 100 people registered will be taken to the behind the scenes tour to the SeaWorld Aquariums.

There is a heading on the left side of the main page that says seaworld 2012.

Children 5 and under are free. They receive an annual pass if you register them on SeaWorlds website.

I appreciate that you want to help make this easier. But, there is a reason that some folk can't see the link. It's only open to paid up ORCA members. If you are a dues paying member and cannot see the link, pm a BOD member (or me) and we will correct that. Otherwise, please wait 1 week and the link will go live to everyone.

As a note of clarification. It looks like if you are registering members and non members together in your group, you need to make two registration events, one under the members re-direct site and one under the general link in the forum. While I was under the ORCA member re-direct link, there was no option to add non members to my checkout. So I assume the procedure is to just register the non ORCA member under the forum general link.
Also, how many registrations have we sold to date of the 100 total spaces?

Right now the pages to register to the SeaWorld event are available for ORCA members only, since you are an ORCA member you have the option to see both registration types, ORCA members and non-ORCA members, you can bring your friends (non-ORCA members) but they require separate checkout, you can however register them if they're coming with you.
Ohh, I forgot, as of now the number of ORCA member attending is 22, but the number is increasing every day and once the registration is open to everybody including members from other Florida clubs that number will change quickly.
I should mention that if you don't already have an annual pass to SeaWorld, you can get a fun card (like an annual pass but expires at the end of the calendar year) for about $35 on the day of the event.
I just signed up but I'm not sure I did it properly. How should we sign up a young child who is covered by the Preschool Pass and is an active ORCA member?
Sign him up as orca member with an annual pass.

You should be able to sign up as an ORCA member, just follow the "SeaWorld 2012" link on the left side menu and then click the option for ORCA members, here's the direct link :

Notice that link is only valid for ORCA members, anybody else will get an error.
Are we up to the 100 yet, I would like to register only if I can get the Behind the scenes tour bit as well, thanks Looking for 4 tickets
