    New 100 gal set up

So I am setting up a 95-100 gal. fish only. How much rock and live sand do ya'll recommend? I also have a pygme angle and a royal gramma in a 12 gal reef. What are some suggestions on getting them out to the new 100 without taking the reef apart?

    Thanks

One good way to remove fish...siphon the water out, scoop the fish off of the sand bed, immediately put the water back in.

There's a lot of opinions on how much rock/sand to put in. I don't subscribe to a specific amount, I put in enough rock to make it look good and enough sand for an inch or so sand bed.
