    Klein's Butterfly- Sold

    Local pick up only. Deltona.

    Klein's butterflyfish. Medium. Sold.

I bought a "pair" of these to help with my aiptasia problem, but they don't really get along. The one I'm selling is the more shy one that was being bullied by the other. It eats fine and needs a more peaceful tank. It's been in QT for 9 days now, treated with prazipro (I do this with all new fish), and has shown no signs of disease. Klein's butterflies are known as a good fish to rid a tank of aiptasia. Some may pick at corals after they finish eating the aiptasia, so keep this in mind.

Does it eat prepared or frozen food?

It doesn't eat flake, but will eat small mysis and whatever else is in the frozen I feed (Angel & Butterfly formula). I think it will do much better in a larger tank without the other one on the other side of the eggcrate staring at it. I think it's still intimidated by the other one even though it can't get to it.
