    Mujano removal

At some point in time, someone gave the school's aquarium a mujano. The kids had been doing a good job of keeping them at bay; however, this summer the mujanos decided to have a reproducing contest. One SPS died because of it. Any suggestions other than removing the rocks and giving them an acid bath?

    Anyone want to help?

    1) Copperbanded butterfly fish - make sure it also will eat frozen food.
    2) Peppermint shrimp
    3) Aiptasia X
    4) Electric zapper

Mojanos are hard to eradicate, the best product to kill them is Joe's Juice, it kills them just like if it were an Aiptasia, "Aiptasia X" also kills them but is not as effective as Joe's juice for Mojanos plus Aiptasia X is more expensive and you have to use more to completely kill them.
The Zapper can also be an option but you have to make sure you completely destroy them otherwise the small pieces will reborn a new one.

Peppermint shrimps will NOT eat Mojanos, Aiptasia sometimes if you're lucky

I have a 30g tank full of Mojanos and they're beautiful, but they have to be alone otherwise they will kill other corals, especially the expensive ones.
    Good Luck,

Get an aptaser and go at it. That is how I got rid of mine when I had 30+. Its labor intense but worth it in the end. Don't use chemicals if you don't have to.
