i got a email from the webmaster saying the party is only for PAID ORCA members. i am a paid member is there an additional membership you need to attend?

I did because when he first posted, it only said that he was a Forum Member. When I checked again, it stated that he was a Club Member. I don't know if it was a glitch, a timing issue, or something else.
