Which dive boat company are you going with? Are you planning a wreck or reef dive, or both?
Its called Starfish Enterprises. There really cool people. They do both wreck and reef dives. I dont care which 1 we do, or both.
I would be intrested keep me informed to all the info !!
BIGGIN
Starfish is a wonderful boat, I have taught off of it...
Do they have a problem with collectors and their gear on their boat? Do they have space for a cooler or two?Originally Posted by lusenut2

Im not sure how they would handle the collecting for tanks. Yes they have plenty of room for a cooler. The last time I dove with them, there were about 5 people with big camera's and they all had there own cooler for the camera.
What is thir two dive trip price? We don't need ANYTHING.....

(and I have no idea where the asterisk is coming from....)
I have a flyer with there 2 dives were $50.00. I dont know the prices for this year but I would imagine $60 or $65.00 with the prices of fuel going up.
We have a friend coming from out of state the very beginning of April and are going for a re-union / dive trip to Lauderdale By The Sea, but this one isn't going to be a big group trip....just oldest friend in te world type visit....I want to get back down around then for a collecting trip....
Is that a BIG boat, or like a 6Pack or 8Pack?

Um no its kinda a small boat I think. They take a max of 14 divers I think.
I had a great collecting trip to Lauderdale By The Sea last weekend. Seas were calm and clear.Filled up my bucket!!!Originally Posted by MitchReef

Starfish Enterprises is a great team to go diving with - very professional. Boats can seat plenty of people - I think the last one we were on had 12-15 divers.
You can get all the info at their website or by calling.

Im calling down friday morning to reserve the hotel and dive boat. Anyone that wants to dive April 26 and 27 down in Lantana let me know. I have 6 people as of today that are going.
Good luck on the trip guys, I would be up for trips but I am not oging to have a hand in planning it during our meetings... We are on the ORCA forums
Yes I am going to miss the meeting. I dont have a choice on this 1. I have been tring to set a date for a few months with 1 of my other friends and this is the first weekend we can get together. I figured I didnt mind missing this meeting cause its a frag auction meeting and I dont any corals. Sorry I wont be at this meeting either.
Very cool, let me know though how it goes... I would be game for it another time.
I dont know if your interested but im planning a dive trip the end of July in Puerto Rico. Were going there for 6 or 7 days and were looking at 3 or 4 of those days to be diving. Anyone on here is invited on that trip also.
I would definently be interested, let me know the info when you find out about flight and hotel pricing... Me and Natalie would probably enjoy that.
