Welcome, to the club, I live very close to Winter Garden and I just set up a 300 gallon, I don't have a AC on the garage, but it seems very good idea what Jim did, I use on my new tank Reef Rook from Carib sea, just because it is completely free of pest and come dormant bacteria, that activates with the water, so only took 2 weeks to be ready for fish and corals, and look awesome (purple) from the beginning
