Thanks
I'd like to borrow the PAR meter. I'll be at the meetup on the 31st. Please let me know what I need to do, thanks!
Ill Bring it.
I'm in Downtown Orlando. I'd like to wait on my upgraded Gen3 Pro Radion before I complete my testing - my old unit will be @ ecotech tomorrow at 3pm.
PS - Any pointers on how to best use this in the tank? IE - do you use a stick/plastic dowel to measure in the tank?
Does anyone have a link for a PAR reference? I found one the other day - it was a very cool chart that listed corals by PAR requirements. It had a slider with the PAR value, and then on the right hand side, it'd display corals that'd thrive.
Anyone know where I can find a PAR reference? Thanks!
Basically all I did was take a picture of the tank and write the values on the photo. I did this a few times at different intensities. Each value is where I placed the sensor as close to the surface of the aquascape as I could.

I used my feeder syringe :p We did have a holder but someone forgot to return it
Finally tracked down the chart/Par Reference I was thinking of: http://www.aquaticlog.com/radion
I'm kinda interested in using the par meter next time it becomes available. I'm curious now about my different tanks ratings now.
I'll be at the next meeting. no rush…
Ty. see you again soon, well talk about how your tank is settling in..
